Healthcare tourism is all over the world. Saudi Arabia wanted in. They called Jack to help.

So far, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has yet to be known across the globe for their top notch healthcare. The Ministry of Health brought Jack in to lead a small team to change that reality through creating a new brand design and story for healthcare in Saudi.

Working with top ministers, executives, and doctors from every region in the Kingdom over several months Jack led to the team to be able to build a brand narrative that would spark the innovation necessary to fly.

Each region carried its own stories and each needed to be woven into the whole — and on the whole, Saudi medical tourism is off to the races. For a second initiative Jack worked to leverage the new brand stories to get the bedouin peoples of Saudi to use the healthcare facilities available to them.

Ideated and commissioning to create branded wellness trucks that would bring care to the people and meet them where they were. A prosperous Saudi healthcare system should benefit its own, after all.
