Sinch

Sinch, the Swedish unicorn and inventor of SMS purchased Brasil's largest telecoms company, Wavy. The need was clear — two cultures and two companies, Sinch barely larger than Wavy, a new brand narrative was needed.

Jack was commissioned to work with the founders and C-Suites from both parties I ran brand design workshops, focusing on unearthing the cultures of each and then finding ways to weave commonalities into a unifying brand story.

Where it was not possible he leveraged the values of diversity of cultures leading to better outcomes, more innovative ideas, and stronger communities. The result by the end of the six month endeavor was a culture building brand for the new Sinch that wove the best of both companies into a single voice that could SMS with the best.
