American Family
American Family Insurance is a portfolio of companies with a $26B annual revenue. Inside their innovation corridor is a group working on something called telematics — this enables automobiles to leverage data in so many ways.
Jack's team was tasked in two main mandates: leverage as much innovation as possible in telematics AND develop a way to brand telematics so that it may be applied inside the organization to multiple brands products as well as the consumer.
Leveraging design strategy (design thinking) and brand storytelling, they were able to in a year and a half, create internal campaigns propagating telematics usage and develop the future of telematics in the automative space for both company and consumer.
