The challenge was set forth by NYC to a small group of strategic designers — how might they get an immigrant population of small business owners to engage the city's many services offered for their business growth and success?

Jack led a small team of global executives to research and then rebrand the Small Business Services offering for the City of New York. Ideating to better engage and build trust between the owners and the city government — a small business solutions center was created and an offering of free courses.
